COVID-19: Guests are responsible to follow all guidelines set forth by Florida Department of Health.  We have taken enhanced health and safety measures to protect our guests but an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present that our guests may visit. 

By signing the booking form, guests voluntarily assume all risks. Guests affirm that to their knowledge they are COVID free prior to arrival at the villa and will notify us immediately if they are later diagnosed with the virus during or within 14 days of their departure from the villa. 

If a guest is diagnosed with the virus or otherwise required quarantine beyond their original departure date, they must immediately contact the owner or management company. We will try to accommodate any extended stay needed or assist in finding alternative lodging, guests will be responsible for any additional rental cost and it must be paid before the original departure date occurs.

Should any reason of cancellation prior to arrival, result in not being able to fulfill the contract, due to COVID-19, we will reschedule to a future date with no reimbursement (within 2 years of original date and should all be back to normal, as before COVID-19). We would strongly suggest that you look into a Travel Cancellation Insurance.
